  : It was a decent hotel, clean and food was ok. Staff were nice.
  : If you have ski gear it is far to walk from the ski lifts. They do have a shuttle bus that goes a few times in the morning and a few returns from the afternoon till 4.45 but if you want to stay till after that time you'll need to walk back which is hard to do with ski gear. The walk is about 15 minutes. The showers were old and small and the curtain they have let water drip all over the floor.

  : Breakfast and dinner buffet, good quiet location. Sauna after the skiing is very handy.
  : Slippery shower tray. Also, judging by the condition of the sockets and heater radiator hanging on the wire the maintenance level is not that good.

  : the only tiny fault was that the Bain Marie didnt keep the food piping hot

  : The food was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of parking space and the view from the restaurant was nice. The hotel is located a bit away from Borovets center(not far, just enough) that it was quiet and peacefull.
  : The shower curtain was bit weird and it was not very usefull. Some of the towels seemed like they were used a lot, not dirty, just had some damage on them.

  : The staff was very nice and available, the food was very good and diverse (we as vegetarian had always at least few choices), the view from the restaurant, the possibility to play games.
  : The mattresses were not comfortable at all, we couldn't sleep. I love more firm and my daughter more soft. And both had back problems every night.The shower is a bit small and the curtain not suitable, all was full in water after every shower. The curtain sticked to my body during a shower. Due to the water going out of the shower the door frame was damaged.

  : After using many hotels in Borovets and the surrounding area I thought it may be a bit far from ski lifts and gondola, but it wasn't. There is a free shuttle bus running regularly but we happily walked a few times just 5 or 6 minute walk which is fine, as most leave boots and poles in hire depots If not owning your own. Food was very good, nice to see the cook taking pride in her kitchen. I thought I'd try this as the food reviews were good and it was. Helpful bar staff, clean linen on the beds daily. I will use this hotel again. Prices going up as everywhere, hope Borovets doesn't price themselves too close to the cheaper Alps hotels or they may start to lose a few customers as the ski range is dramatically smaller. Having said that the lessons for kids are very competitively priced with equipment and it's a very sociable resort having dozens of bars and restaurants all family friendly at the foot of the mountain. Still holding up. If you know BG and your expectations are realistic, you won't be disappointed with this hotel. I think they are doing a good job and had no complaints.
  : Decor is a Little dated in places, and shower curtains but Ok in comparison to many similar in the area. Toilet seat was not fixed properly but had we complained I'm sure they would have fixed it. Shower curtain would be better a glass screen
