  : There was no breakfast. There was coffee. The location was great to travel to Jackson and then Hamilton.
  : The beds and counter were clean but the corners in the room were gross. The bathroom was not great. We went to get ice and it smelled like urine near the room the ice was in.

  : This was our second time staying here, everything was clean so we have no complaints about that and the beds were very comfortable like the first time we stayed. We always leave our home on the 4th of July and stay at a separate hotel because my pet is terrified of fireworks. My dog is 13 yrs old and suffers from a heart murmur. During our second time staying at this hotel, everything was good and calm until 9:30 pm when fireworks started being lit up in the same parking lot of this hotel. Can you imagine how scared my dog became at the first noise of the first firework? He ran away and would not stop pacing around in fear around the hotel room. We had to put countless blankets in the bathtub of the bathroom and cover my dogs ears with towels and pillows. Obviously, he could still hear the fireworks being set off and would not stop shaking. In the beginning we just tried the best that we could, hoping that it would end soon, but it wouldn’t stop for the next 2 hours and half. At on point, I had to walk to the office to figure out how long the fireworks would keep going for and to make a complaint. I also walked to the back of the hotel to see who was setting the fireworks off and I was surprised to see the manager of the hotel, along with what seemed like his entire family, right there lighting up fireworks. Earlier that same day I had bumped into the manager and he asked if I was satisfied with the hotel service, how ironic. I understand that it was a holiday where fireworks are to be expected, but it was too late in the night to start, kept going for too long and it was done too close to the rooms of the hotel. To set off so many fireworks without considering the peace of mind of the guests who might have babies or pets was the major downside of this hotel.
  : In the end, we couldn’t even walk our dog outside in order for him to use the bathroom and with how terrified he was of the fireworks he ended up peeing in the bathtub. After that we had to run to our car carrying him then drive away from the hotel in order to calm him down and to let him use the bathroom. In all the hotels we have stayed at on July 4th of previous years, nothing happened that could be heard in the distance and especially nothing was caused by the hotel itself.I do not recommend going to this hotel on this date if you plan to spend a quiet night, much less if you have a pet that is terrified of fireworks. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid for a hotel. I would have just stayed at home because apparently I would just get the same result of having my dog scared out of his ming due to fireworks being set off at such a close range. At least at home we don’t have to scramble what we can find in a hotel room in order to comfort our dog.

  : Safe, mostly clean, everyone was friendly.
  : The only cleanliness note is that there was something brown splashed all over the back of the bathroom door. This was disconcerting. I would recommend that housekeeping check the backs of the doors when cleaning. Otherwise it was in good shape.

  : I booked the room this morning and when booking the room, no one ever said the cable would be out for a few days, wtf?

  : The entire place looked shabby. When we checked into our room the toilet was clogged and the shower head was coming out of the wall. There was a pile of dog poo in the rocks lining the pathway to the lobby, our room and the pool…it was there when we checked in on Friday and was still there when we checked out on Sunday. The clientele seemed to be long term residents and shady looking at best, especially the older gentleman who came out of his room long enough to stare at my 13 year old daughter and her 14 yr old friend get in the pool while he smoked a joint. Very disappointed as staff did not do a thing. Would not recommend.

  : The room was very clean. The location was what we needed, close to highway and on our way home from a trip.
  : AC was loud, bed had a crinkley sounded mattress cover, but was otherwise comfortable.
