  : The shower is in a tub which is very high. Hard to get in and out. The commode is in its own room while the sink is in the room with tub. It makes hand washing a little awkward, especially if you come out of the toilet and the bathroom is occupied.

  : Good hotel in Bordeaux city centre. It was extremely clean, air conditioning was great, blackout curtains were great, I had a bath as well as shower and the coffee machine was great. I was on the top floor so the lift was fantastic for this as I had a heavy suitcase. I was also able to leave my suitcase on the day of checkout for a few hours before departing the city.
  : Despite the double glazing windows, there was a lot of noise from outside and one morning there was construction work happening outside my window from 8am. This was really disruptive. Furthermore, on the day of checkout, the cleaner knocked on my door at 10am (checkout was midday) to see if I had left already. This also felt a bit intrusive and disruptive and has never happened in another hotel before. The layout of the room was quite small and it felt a bit cramped.The fixed shower screen meant getting into the bath and shower was really awkward. Access is not possible by car, even for taxis. It was falsely advertised online that taxis can directly access the street.

  : We had a very spacious bedroom with great air conditioning, a small but very functional bathroom and a separate toilet. The king bed was super comfortable and the fridge was really handy. Despite being in a busy area it was very quiet at night. The staff were all pleasant and obliging.
  : Our room on level 4 only had windows to knee level. It had a sky light with an electrically operated blind, but it would gave been nice to be able to see a view from the windows.
