  : Excellent staff, very polite and helpful; nice room, clean and with a view; a great balcony overseeing the mountain. Very good food at the restaurant downstairs, at a decent price.
  : It's not something to do directly with the hotel itself, but with the chairlift facility nearby, which started at some time before 8am and was very noisy.

  : The hotel is very old and untidy. For certain is not a three star hotel much two. There is no staff at the reception. When you arrive you have to call a number displayed at the entrance for someone to come. The staff does not have protective masks and only conscientious tourists wear them. The rooms are not cleaned daily, the towels are not changed without expressly requesting it. There is no hair dryer. There is no air conditioning. Very disappointing the hotel and the place. The triple room is actually a room with a double bed and a folding bed in one corner.

  : The location is very good.
  : I had a bad experience because they charged me twice for my stay.They charged me once through booking, saying that it's only a temporary block, but the money are withdrawn from the account. And again when you arrive with a different price (full price, not with discount).I think they don't know exactly how to use the app.Also the room is not so great, it's more appropriate to a 2 star hotel.
