  : The resort was ver worn and out dated. Rugs musty and old. Paint peeling and grounds not kept. Very employee kept excusing for not enough employees. Phone derive never worked. Tried leaving messsges with spa never return. The outdoor spa was freezing. Tables out on patio deck were left dirty for awhile and servers never came. Back for refills. Boothbay is a great spot your location is amazing but will not return

  : The property was beautiful just how the pictures are viewed. I love how the property is secluded from busy streets and roads. The view of the water is so beautiful especially during golden/sunset hour.My family and I booked a lodge so we had a little porch area to ourselves and partial view of the ocean which was still super pretty. Everything is a good walking distance from our lodge to everywhere else within the resort. The lodge also came with a mini kitchen area including with all the necessities you may need and the AC worked really well especially during warmer days. There was also a s’mores hour during our stay which was super nice. You can also call a shuttle bus to come get you for convenience to downtown harbor. Overall, we loved the property and felt welcomed by the workers.
  : My family and I were alittle confused at first about the parking situation and parking during check in was rough since both the temporary parking spaces were already filled. The roads are alittle narrow as well so I don’t recommend coming in a big car. Since the roads were alittle narrow, we weren’t sure if the roads were a one way street or not.First when we entered the lodged, it’s connected to two doors and stairways to another lodge above us which was alittle confusing. Secondly, when I entered the lodge, it’s kinda dusty and you can definitely smell the dust and see dust particles. The smell bothered us alittle but wasn’t a huge deal.

  : The location was beautiful and tucked away quietly from town. The pool was oceanside and amazing! Kayaks and bikes and a boat ride available for use. The staff was wonderful.Downsides: Partially updated rooms with new carpet needed. Outdated game room and gym. The restaurant was very expensive. We ate in town. No microwave in the room. There was no campfire during the week, which would have been wonderful. Amenity prices should be lower during the week if some are only going to be offered for the weekend. We would possibly stay again if we came back to the area. There is a great historical history about this hotel.
