  : It was clean and I liked that everything is on one floor.
  : The basement bathroom was basically unusable. Needed to sit sideways on the toilet. Also there should be a booklet on how to use the electronics in the house.

  : We liked the view and the nostalgia of an old fashioned home. It would have been nice to go to the ocean as you can see it, but it is understandable that this property isnt ocean front. Discovering the ship (we think?) at low tide was cool.
  : Their is a smoke detector battery that needs to be replaced and we found a 9 volt to replace it with to stop the constant beeping (I am very sensitive to noise and lights) but it is in the garage so that was annoying. Also the dishwasher flooded with dirty water from the sink that we had used to clean dishes with. Someone should check that out.

  : Location was great,easy walk to downtown.
  : Difficult driveway for our size car to turn around. Toilet downstairs didnt fill with water to flush,so only used it once. There was some cleanliness issues with grill and table outside(stuck on food) so didnt use. The dishwasher had blood spots on door,so washed with clorox wipes before use as did all countertops. Some silverware drawers were dirty. One bed had blood spots on cover. House is Very close to road so couldnt sleep well after 5:30 am With traffic!

  : Great location close to town. Comfortable rooms. Fully stocked kitchen, even for lobster. Washer/dryer. Great wifi. TV in both BR. Nice deck with view of bay
  : No access to the water (not their fault)

  : We had trouble with the cable which wasn't working. We were busy during the day but it would have been nice to watch a movie or TV at night.
