  : The location was nice and private, beautiful views! If staying here for a ski trip to App, location was pretty close. Sugar or beech took about 40+ minutes to get to. Most of the toilets had heated seats and bidets, group favorites! Living room had big comfy couches and the theater screen was great!
  : Weather was cold and snowy, none of the gas fireplaces worked in the house. Bathrooms weren’t really equipped with toiletries that you would normally find in travel stays. Knobs from doors would fall off, some doors didn’t close all the way. House just needs a little tlc. Would not keep us from staying here again.

  : My family loved the location. It was semi secluded. Lots of pretty views and wildlife on the property. The home was quite large and accommodating for a large family or group. The beds were quite comfy and of good varying sizes. Lots of extra linens available and the home has a very well equipped kitchen with tons of pots and pans and utensils.
  : Several of the outside lights were needing bulbs and did not work. One of the carpeted upstairs rooms smelled like animal urine. The jacuzzi tub in one of the master suites did not work at all. Alot of the plumbing was reversed--cold water was hot and vice versa. The DVD player was not in the family room but upstairs. The wifi was as slow as dial up and had several blocks up so that nothing past a G rating could be accessed. The home itself is an older home and could use some TLC on the deck and front of the home. The sink in the half bath is VERY loose and not tethered to the wall; not good if you have a young child in the family who needs a stable sink to wash hands. The downstairs temperature is not controllable by guests and the downstairs was quite stuffy. There are several floor fans you can use to circulate air which helped minimally.

  : The size was great. Plenty of rooms and beds.
  : It wasn’t cleaned everywhere. One shower had a big lump of hair in it. My niece thought it was a rat, it was so big. Toe nail clippings were on the bath mats and on one rug in a bedroom. Nothing looked dusted and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed.

  : The view of the mountains was outstanding. Very peaceful location to relax & enjoy nature. For 3 of us the house was huge and we each got sort of our own suite to stay in. This house is in a quiet, remote area, but close to parks & hiking trails. Stores weren't too far away.
  : We wished the fireplaces were easier to use. When the host arrived a few hours after we arrived to give us extra trash bags & paper towels, she told us that the fireplaces do work, but are a little tricky to turn on, and she offered to help us turn them on. We told her not to bother, but it would've been a nice touch if we could've easily turned them on ourselves. The house is a LITTLE run down with interior chipped paint, cracks in walls & ceilings & door knobs falling off. None of this would prevent us from staying there again, though.

  : Fireplaces didn't work. One bathroom upstairs for 3 bedroom and this included master bedroom. The jacuzzi tub did not work. Only 1 small trash basket for the 3 bedrooms. The makeup area in master should have a chair there. It was very icy, no railing on right side, very hazardous. When you walk in, dark, open door to steps and it definitely needs painting. Needing 1 very large trash can outside. For our large family, only had small kitchen trash and 2 small trash outside. Stated excellent view. Need to retract that statement. Only view is the barren back yard where they cut all trees down and you just saw tree trunks everywhere. We needed more blankets. Master upstairs and 2nd bedroom upstairs had no closet. The tiny bedroom with bunkers had a shelf and tiny area to hang several items n
