  : Not a lot of people in the building.
  : Person taking care of the apartment unit was new. She seemed friendly was trying to calm us down. I gave her a list of issues.1. Lower door Jam not working.2. Kitchen sink water dispenser loose.3. Oven not working properly.4. Beding sheets messing.5. Bathroom sink clogged.6. Toilet paper holder loose it fell and screw scratched my arm.7. The code for the free wi-fi took several calls me having to go too lobby and spend 1 hr. Finding free wi-fi Password.8. Window air-conditioning sounds like a plain.9. Window can't be opened in bedroom.10. Master bedroom shade did not open.11. Password changed on Thursday we were left out side having to ask several people for the password.12. Cough in living room old and sinks.13. One set of towels for two for a week. Other wise had to take downstairs to wash and pay to wash them.She said she would have them resolved after we left for the next occupants.

  : The views of the water were amazing.. The property is right on the beach and has a pool and hot tub, both of which were nice. There are also bbq grills that you are able to use. There was a full kitchen with all the dishware one would need. I also liked that this was a place where people lived. That made for a very quiet relaxing atmosphere. The residents were all very friendly.The condo was nicely decorated. There were a lot of things available for your use as well. In the closet were beach towels, chairs, fishing poles so you did not need to bring anything with you to enjoy the water.I liked that there was a tv in the bedroom and living room. Sadly I didn't watch them due to available channels.
  : When I arrived I looked around the entire condo. I found old food still in the oven. Considering this place charges a cleaning fee I expect it to be clean. There were also small ants in the condo so I was afraid to leave any food out. So I was forced to put snacks in the fridge. I found hairs in the bathroom. The pillows (decorative ones not the ones for sleeping) had a stain. I had to vacuum the sofa because there were crumbs.The owner did not include the correct access code so I was unable to get the lockbox open for the keys. I was able to call the emergency number and someone came right over to let me in. They also gave me the correct code.I was sitting on the couch one morning and the cleaning staff started trying to unlock the door. Apparently the owner had given the wrong date for my departure. I think the only reason why they didn't walk in was because I put on the deadbolt. Once they realized it was locked they knocked on the door and I told them I was there for another day.All the remotes were filthy. I spent quite a long time cleaning them all.Only basic cable, no premium channels or streaming services. Since there is free wifi they could have added some apps to the smart tv like Hulu or Netflix. I have an account and could have just logged in to watch some shoes. Instead I was stuck with broadcast TV and commercials.To sum things up this place was as clean as you might expect the average person's home to be. If I went to visit someone and it was like this I wouldn't be bothered. The problems are 1) This unit charges a cleaning fee so I expect the place to be spotless when I arrive; and 2) Considering we were still in the middle of a pandemic some extra cleaning would put people's mind at ease. I ended up going to the store and buying bleach wipes to wipe down all the surfaces.
