  : Stunning views, we really felt being taken care of (lovely welcome and overall super friendly), quite stay, peaceful
  : Small points but the drive up to the property is a bit of an adventure, although room can be locked without an issue Id potentially suggest extra security (outdoor lock)

  : Road access to the resort, very narrow and uneven, felt unsafe to drive at night up and down, as no restaurant on site for dinner

  : This hotel was the perfect place to relax. The hosts were so sweet and greeted us with a cappuccino at check in and gave lots of great restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and the property, with amazing views looking over Lake Bolsena, were the perfect place to unwind.
  : The only negatives were the lack of a mini-fridge in the room (this would have been really helpful since there is no restaurant on the property) and the air conditioning in our room never got the room very cooled down. It was manageable, but quite warm for sleeping, given that we visited in one of the hottest weeks of the summer.

  : The view from the pool and hill is beatiful and the atmostphere there is nice
  : We didnt get the room we booked and we were upgraded to suite that had very strong smell of cellar/mould, we tried to ventilate the room but it did not help. We had to ask for a refund and look for another place to stay for the night as there was no availability in another rooms. Staff was very polite and nice but ignorance to the problem with the smell was unacceptable. Luckily we got the refund without any hussle.

  : 1. Pool area was alright. 2. The receptionist welcoming us was nice.
  : 1. Receptionist offered us house wine as a welcome. It later appeared as if the wine was gone bad.2. The aircon in our room was dripping and not functioning. The receptionist said it will be fixed soon (we travelled while Tuscany was having a heatwave and things were breaking under the heat). Nevertheless wouldve been nice to have another room or a discount etc and not that broken room. The house was more or less empty.3. No mirror, no fridge, no lake view.4. Found what seemed to be previous guest used razer next to the sink in the bathroom.5. Breakfast was under all limits. Milk was spoiled, literally acidic. Things seemed old. The fruits in the basked had mold on it. The cheese had been there so long it had a sweat on it. 6. The parking lot was FAR. 7. The road to the agriturismowell lets say good luck if youve rented the Fiat500 or some other small car.8. The house itself was old and everywhere you looked there was spiderwebs and dust.9. Taken all this into consideration, the price for the night was definitely NOT worth the money.Its a pity. It could be a great place.
