  : Smart modern well equipped and very clean, seemed brand new. Good location, good price.
  : Somewhat small ( basic studio) and no outdoor space.

  : Located within walking distance of Golden Horn, Bol center, etc... very nice and very accessible. The apartment is new(ish), clean & comfy (for a couple). Big and relatively private terrace. Awsome bathroom :). Quite enjoyable.
  : Lack of attention to detail (e.g. fridge had broken shelves -> no storage for bottles, tv remote with dead battery, lacking some basic kitchen utensils). Also, the cheapness of some equipment, e.g. lacking deck chairs on the terrace...

  : Very good location, close to the beach and centre of town. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a big terrace outside.
  : No designated parking spot (public free parking is close by); no hairdryer in the bathroom.

  : Location is good, has all appliances you need (except the washing machine, which is stated to be there). AC is included as well and all is functioning properly.
  : Firstly, the accommodation we were brought in was different from the pictures, unfortunately. We saw an accommodation with a couch and a balcony on the pictures, before we booked it. Instead, we were brought into a ground level, small room, immediately next to the entrance. We were stumbling over our luggage as there was no room anywhere for us to put it. Smaller luggage could maybe go under the bed, however, not sure if it would fit, as we didnt have luggage that would fit there. There is also no full size mirror available. You get a drying rack, but there is no room for it. We literally had to put our wet clothes to dry on the rack, and the rack itself, we had to put on the top of the small, open closet (like ones you see in student accommodations). At a first glance, it all looked new and modern, including the bathroom. However, after a matter of a few hours - the bathroom was full of ants. And it kept getting worse. Finally, there is no storage in the bathroom available. WiFi disconnected often. In the end, we were happy to leave as two days there were too long. I would not book for more than one night stay, not worth it.

  : The property was pretty big, it had a beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, bedroom was also big and the bed was comfy, altho we would swap the pillows but thats just our preference. It had enough space and used correctly. Kitchen was also very very good, modern. Balcony had a lot of space as well.
  : We didnt like the thing that the owner didnt tell us in the first place where to park our car, and after a day that parking spot is compromised with space for the car, so the parking actually is non existent in the peak of the summer. Kitchen lacked a bit of equipment and we would say we werent welcomed really, we had to buy all the necessities (except toilet paper, shampoo and salt) for eg. coffee, oil, I think the balcony is mediocre, feels weird due to lack of decorations and its newly built but poorly built, it has a lot of imperfections and things to be done. thats all
