: The manager was very nice and responsive. The aircon worked well. Wifi was ver good. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The towels got changed every 3 days and bed linen every 6 days at request.
: There is a problem with ants in the ground apartment. we could not leave food anywhere and having ants crawl over the bed at night was not enjoyable. The building seems to be poorly built. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbours. Everytime someone from neighbouring apartments turn the water tap on, the waterpipes screeched noisily. it was irritating when this was happening very late at night and early mornings. The shower drain kept getting blocked. The handtowel rail was missing screws and so did the toilet paper holder. quite shabby. The tv did not work but that did not bother us much. The place is supposedly 400m from the beach but the apartments are uphill so it feels a lot further. quite physically challenging. In Brac you are always climbing up hill somewhere. overall. I was surprised reading the great reviews, but in reality the ground floor unit did not live to the standard for the price it was. The photos look nicer than what it is in reality.

: It was clean apartment on the ground floor with balcony and patio at the back. Huge patio with the barbecue.
: Ants coming from outside under the front door. Sink was leaking (small leak) and the tub as well.

: Two separate bedrooms, a sitting/dining room and two terraces. The owner was very relaxed.
: If the owner had not preceded us with the car, we would never have been able to find the apartment. It has a luxurious appearance, but in practice a lot was missing. The lamp blew out when we came in. Due to the last minute booking it was cheap but the full price is not worth it.
