  : Enough space for me and my dog. Cozy bedroom and an island in the kitchen to work on. All the kitchen equipment I needed to cook during my stay.
  : I am displeased with Luxsle's hidden pet fee ($35/day) and the damage deposit ($500) that takes too long to refund. I checked out on October 1st and eight business days later, I still haven't received the deposit back. The company has an opportunity to list a pet fee in the property description, as many hosts do, yet they have chosen not to. When I was surprised to hear of the fee upon check in, I let the host know that the fee wasn't disclosed prior to booking. She denied my claim and said it was stated on the listing. I don't tolerate dishonesty and deceivement, and for that reason, I will avoid Luxsle properties. For future guests, I hope that they decide to be more transparent about cost and efficient with security refunds.
