  : For the price that we paid, we were expecting more from the property itself. 1. The kitchen lay-out was poor. Too much space was taken up by an old wood-burning stove, leaving not enough space for working surfaces. 2. Sound insulation to the upstairs neighbours was very poor. 3. The bedroom door could only be opened by 30 degrees - before hitting the bed.
