  : The staff of this hotel are quite indifferent to the plight of the guests. They're on their phones the whole time and are quite unhelpful. What this hotel has going for it is its location which is near the seafront. We took the airport bus to the city centre and then walked to the hotel from there. For older people or people with disabilities be warned it's a steep uphill climb and there are a few steps to descend before getting to the hotel. The pool in the photos is like a tiny tub. Only a small kid can use it.

  : Swindlers! We had booked a 35 M2 room and they places us in a cubicle at the last floor. When we complained they told us that they had upgraded us (!) without consulting as the room (I have recorded the answer) we had booked - and paid much more - had no windows. On top,the "upgraded" room had no water - "we will see to it", still waiting ... - in the basin and inexistant wifi. The WC was broken...I could follow....

  : As my husband said... when we first entered the hotel: this is not a hotel, but a motel. This is actually true. The hotel is overrated... I dont know how. We were very disappointed and this spoiled the overall impression of Bodrum.

  : Great friendly and helpful staff. I was contacted during the day of arrival, they waited for me, though it was very late. Always ready to help. Great location. Right in the middle of everything. Cool terrace with a nice view. Very pleasant atmosphere inside the hotel. Nice design in public areas of the hotel.
  : I needed to work during the stay, so internet was a must. I wasn't informed that they don't have wi-fi in the rooms and only in the lobby. Lobby is small, you can't work there, and even there wi-fi was not working. So in the early morning I needed to run to a shop to buy a sim card to be able to participate in online meetings. I would prefer to know about it in advance. But in the description on booking.com they say nothing about it. It's said "free wi-fi", which is not fully true. Actually it's the specifics of all Bodrum hotels. I don't know what problem is it to provide a wi-fi in 21st century. But at least I would recommend to be open about it in advance: I still would book the hotel, because in all other things it's nice!

  : The value for the money, the location, and the hotel staff (especially Khan(?)) are great. The breakfast has a very wide selection of fresh foods and fruits. Easy, short walk to bodrum beach bars and restaurants and Bodrum Castle.
  : There is no elevator for my elderly mother (I thought I had filtered for this in my hotel search) so we were unable to use the family suite we booked on the higher floor with sea views. The hotel was very accommodating with providing us two rooms on the lower level
