  : Really dirty floors, comforters on beds had lots of stains, hotel reeks of cigarette smoke and weed.

  : Went to make a cup of coffee and didn't have the filter part to make the coffee and the sugar pack was opened already. Husband went to start the coffee after going to the front desk for the filter and sugar packs and it wasn't plugged in. No biggie there, except the outlet didn't have a cover on it. Bathroom only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a king room with 2 people. Also the light cover for the bathroom was off and sitting under the sink. Bed was uncomfortable and only had 3 pillows. There was something splattered on the bottom of the TV and also on the stand under the TV.

  : Great check in staff. She was very helpful but send to be working alone and had been overbooked with very few supplies. She brought sheets and soap to our room which was very helpful.
  : The room seemed like it hadn't been touched in weeks. There were 4 of us on the reservation, but only 2 towels and washclothes in a 2 room suite, absolutely no toiletries, not even soap and just an unopened room of toilet paper without a toilet paper roll holder. The were no haha towels or anything to put on the laminate floor when getting out of the shower. The tub didn't drain. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and no extra blankets available in the entire hotel. The floor was dirty which was not helpful with little ones.
