: The cabin layout and cleanliness, the wood-burning fireplace on the main level, the stunning mountain views from each floor and bedroom, plenty of ceiling fans, a well-stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, & utensils, and of course the wonderful peace and quiet we enjoyed. Definately one of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in, and we really appreciated the contactless check-in. I wish we could have stayed another week!
: Very few things and all minor: the location was great for the quiet and the mountain views but was a bit further from civilization than we originally thought, which can easily turn a simple grocery store run into a 3-hour errand. We also tried to do some local hiking right there on the roads around the cabin, but the gravel roads were a bit difficult and not really the best for walking on (again, minor since there are plenty of public trails nearby but they can be a bit of a drive to get to). We adored the wrap-around porch on the main level, but wished there had been a hammock or swing or something to lounge on for comfortable outdoor reading, but the rocking chairs were nice. Inside the cabin, we spent most of our time on the main level because of the fireplace, but wished that there was either another fireplace on the bottom floor, or a television on the main floor (not a big deal since we prefer to read but just a thought we had). We enjoyed our time on the main floor but the morning sun was pretty blinding in that living room and kitchen, some curtains over the exposed windows would be a vast improvement in general. Beyond those few minor things, there wasn't much else to complain about!

: The cabin looked wonderful and has an awesome wrap around porch and great fire pit. It also had a hot tub that heated nicely and had fun lights. As it turned out, the outside amenities were a huge plus due to us not wanting to be inside because of the bugs and lack of cleanliness.
: This cabin needs all new appliances, as most didnt work (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave) The kitchen sink leaked and the water filter on the sink wasnt even connected. A repairman was sent out on our 5th day there & confirmed that the appliances needed updating & that the company knew of the broken items prior to our check-in. Theres no TV on the main floor & no working DVD player, although DVDs are provided. The carpet will covered in stains. The outside hose doesnt have a nozzle. There is debris and buckets of hot tub parts sitting by the patio that have bugs breeding inside. The entire cabin is infested with BUGS! I was told that it was sprayed on Saturday prior to our check in, if thats the case, I hate to see how bad it was before. There is wi-fi but good luck getting cell service, I suggested a landline for contacting the rental company and/or emergencies. We also had the smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors alarm at 4AM, still at a disagreement with Vacasa as to why. Unfortunately, we would have been better renting a camping space, as we didnt cook or utilize the kitchen due to bugs and filth and spent most of our time outside.
