  : The dock was fine. The ice maker worked and was convenient. The view off back deck was nice too. The grill was functional and tv and internet worked. There were life jackets and chairs provided. The property contact person took 10 hours to respond at first when we couldn’t access the door. Lucky we got lock box info. My 9 year old got us in though through an open porch door. When we left we secured the building appropriately.
  : Getting to it was treacherous. The wood/log stairs were either rotten or not there... just terrible. The back stairs on the property itself were rotted and coming apart. Random cinder blocks, bricks, piles of old charcoal and broken glass on property. The refrigerator had broken shelves both on door and in fridge. Kitchen cabinet doors missing. Bedroom closet door broken off track. There was a hole in a wall stuffed with paper or something. Furniture was ok but worn. The outside was a complete mess. The screen door off of one of the bedrooms was off the track and bent and hanging off the house. Has not been power washed or cleaned in a very long time. Mold and mildew everywhere. Houses all around us were so much better. Guessing neighbors are not happy with this eye sore.

  : The view was spectacular although a fairly difficult decent to the dock.
  : The house itself was not clean and it seemed that no one had been to the house in quite some time. It also smelled a little musty but the host did provide some plug ins which seemed to help.
