  : The staff at the front desk was very friendly
  : We had one towel in the room. We asked housekeeping for more, was told no they were short of towels and we needed to ask the front desk. Asked for towels, washcloth, and a fresh box of Kleenex. We were given 2 towels but told they were out of washcloths and Kleenex. I’m guessing this is because they only clean the rooms every other day and so dirty, used towels are just piling up in bathrooms. The breakfast was definitely not what it used to be. They ran out of things very quickly (including forks) and the staff in that area was quite rude.

  : Cleaning lady was constantly giving dirty looks when walking by. I was charged a extra night for no reason and they wouldn?t give me my money back. very unhappy.

  : Please have bacon like Comfort Inn! The location was nice kids enjoyed seeing airplanes landing.
  : The bed was alittle hard not soft but still comfortable.

  : The property itself was very neat. They had a good breakfast buffet but limited seating.
  : One of the pillows in the room looked like it had mold on it. When we checked in the gentleman who assisted us told me the room was not paid for beforehand which it was. He then told me about a $50/day deposit charge that I was unaware of until I checked in so couldn’t really refute it but it was refundable and I received it back quickly. Still, a surprise charge as we are checking in. Then he was very rude and said it would have been easier to charge me the $50/day and price of the hotel stay and just refund it back to me instead of whatever he had to do to reflect that the room was already paid for. Poor customer service. The lady who was there when we checked out was much more pleasant. Also, website said the room had a tub which it did not. I needed a tub for my son so that made things extremely difficult during our stay.

  : I love how close it is to Mall of America.
  : I didn't like the shuttle bus schedule. I think it should run more than every hour, especially when you have people from out of town who wake up and move differently. Another thing, the lighting in the room was very poor. There should be more brighter lights. Othe than that ok

  : I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many Hilton hotels whether under my membership or a friend/family's membership if they booked the room; most recently Embassy Suites in Nashville. I like the location, hot breakfast, and that the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
  : It was not a huge deal, but the tile in the bathroom of our room was broken and when we stepped on it, it lifted. My daughter had nail glue for her finger nails with her and we used some of this to secure the tile and kept the bath mat over it so the kids would not trip or loosen the tile. My granddaughter got a small cut on her foot the first night when the tile lifted, so we took these measures to prevent any further problems. It was small cut that required a small bandage, and we reported the damaged tile to the front desk at check out. We spent little time in the room so it was not a big issue for us. Everyone was pleasant except for the woman working the front desk the evening we arrived, or early morning as it was. She was not pleasant or helpful at all.
