  : Staff was nice, overall the room was clean.
  : Microwave kept cutting off because it was plugged into a power strip and the plug was too short to fit in the wall socket. We had to put the microwave on the floor to plug it in the wall socket. Around the base of the toilet was rusted and the tub was chipped and rusted at the bottom.

  : The hotel needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Great breakfast and staff friendly. No vending and snack corner out of diet soda... diabetic needs sugarless options. Mattress too firm and carpet filthy. No hot water for shower but they took $50 off room.

  : Location and proximity to IU campus.
  : The rate for the hotel was outrageous, though, to be fair, I knew this going in. It was IU graduation weekend after all. We paid $1,000.00 for Friday night and $950.00 for Saturday night + taxes and fees. For this expenditure, I was expecting at least normal service. However, the room smelled mildewy upon arrival, and no one ever came to clean our room or replace towels during out stay. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they apologized and gave me a bag of M&Ms. (They were delicious, but, in view of things, very expensive....) If you're going to jack up the rates to nearly 8 X normal, you should spend some of this money on additional help to keep the rooms clean and smelling fresh. I am quite certain that I am not the only guest sharing these kinds of complaints.

  : Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Room was clean and staff was great at check-in. Very close to the location that had me visiting Bloomington.
  : The bed was just alright, seems like the mattress is ready to be replaced. The hotel was a little noisier than what I'm used to. I was on the second floor and whoever was on the third floor above us we could hear them stomping around their room. Reminded more of an apartment than a hotel.
