  : There wasn't a breakfast so I cannot comment on it. I liked it being so close to the ferry that we could hop on/hop off. The young ladies that greeted/helped me were very nice and pleasant but I felt the manager could have been more attentive.
  : I think my biggest issue with the hotel was that for the price $450 incl. tax for one night, there were absolutely ZERO amenities!!! We came just for an overnight so I brought no extras except my toothbrush/toothpaste. After spending a day on the beach, I would've assumed there would have been some lotion, hair conditioner available after showering but there was only soap/shampoo with conditioner (anyone with long hair knows you need an additional conditioner). There were make up remover pads and fac towlettes but not even a glass or a bottle of water in the room. My son purchased a bathing suit and again for $450, there should even be a sewing kit with a pair of scissors to remove a tag from clothing bought from many of the shops in B.I. I have no problem staying in rustic, simple rooms but when I read "ocean view and balcony", I expected a window to be able to see the ocean. In order to "view" the ocean, you need to go out onto the balcony, that desperately needs a paint job and maybe a railing 2 inches lower so you can actually SEE the water from sitting in the chair!!! one of the windows had no screen so you couldn't open it to get more air than just the simple fan blowing in the room. There is no full length mirror, the shower stall needs to be scrubbed, the vanity over the toilet needs to be replaced or painted. If you cannot serve coffee during Covid 19, there should be a small pot in the room, etc. Again, I would not have any issues with any of these things or the items that were lacking if the price for the room was half the price but to charge $450 and then have to listen to the garbage trucks unload the dumpsters at 7 AM on my vacation, is inexcusable!
