  : The room was dirty. Old used soap was left in the tub. The sink drain stopper was broken and stayed closed. The sink was dirty. The fridge had cheese of some kind melted on the shelves. There was hair… from private parts behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch and stayed open. The hair dryer holder was broken…. We were moved to a “ better” room which reeked of cigarette smoke. We finally told them we were leaving. There is nothing executive or deluxe about this hotel or the rooms. Also had long term residents who smoked outside the rooms. We drove to another hotel but I’m sure will still pay for this awful experience.
