  : Location is superb. Room was more than adequate and very clean.
  : The room was not serviced well at all. We stayed two nights and the only thing done in the room was clean towels brought in. The bed was not made either day, no coffee nor bathroom supplies were replaced. We had two rooms reserved. Staff could not find our reservations when we first arrived. Finally, after a bit of a wait, reservations were located and Booking.com was blamed for not doing something right. When checking out we asked the desk clerk if it was procedure to only replace towels each day and she said no, all supplies should be replaced and bed made. Explained to her that none of that was done either day and she said "Oh". No apology or we will definitely see that it is addressed. That was disappointing. All said, we will stay there again simply due to location to an event we attend.

  : Coffee was cold, the lady gave me attitude and responded that she had prepared it early that morning. Someone else said, I will make fresh coffee. There was nothing replenished. I had coffee and a bagel, that was old.
  : Everything. Place needs to be cleaned and update for the price they.charge. very disappointed. Would not stay there again. Need to hire someone at the front desk with manners. NEED good costumer service. The room was never cleaned, bed was never made, , would clean one garbage.can left thr other one filled. Shower had someone else's hair on the walls...smelled bad.

  : room was large space and A/C worked great. room had been recently redone. Bed was excellent as well as TV and all furniture.
  : ice machine was broke and had been broke for some time, had to walk to the 300 series rooms to get ice. i booked through a 3rd party and felt that the room was not a good value. got up early first morning and wanted to sit in breakfast area to read and staff lady had put a table up in access area to prevent anyone to enter the room. staff lady said, due to contractors staying in hotel tend to eat too much for each room!!! I thought this was bogus and childish.
