  : The unit was very large, and very well stocked in the kitchen department. A few eating establishments in walking distance. Nice trail along Birch Bay....
  : First of all, it should have been disclosed that this property is a "time share" property. Even though staff described it as NOT being a time share, then in the next breath, explaining why WiFi is not included, because of the time shares owners not paying for it.???? So if you want free Wifi, you can sit through a sales pitch. You are responsible for taking out your garbage and recycles...even though we opted for "pay at property", we were charged a few days before our arrival for payment. There was also a $250 cleaning deposit that was not disclosed on property description on Booking.com.

  : Booking.com did not charge the correct tax, so upon check in, I was instantly up charged $20 that was not included in my Booking.com prepaid price. On top of that, this hotel double charged me. So an extra $600+ showed up on my company credit card statement that I had to explain and then go back and call the hotel and go through the process of submitting my credit card statement for them to issue me a refund.
