  : The hotel is nicely situated in the centre of the town and thats all about it.
  : The room was not particularly clean especially the bathroom. There was no refrigerator (although after my request one was brought from another room). The Spa centre is OK - the pool is reasonable sized and the water is warm (mineral) BUT it is used for training of children during the week so we were not able to use it!The breakfast is mediocre.The staff are polite.

  : Impossible to shower or brush teeth because of stench. I understand it is a mineral spa but who needs to smell of sulphur after a shower? If you dont throw up first. Use bottled water for teeth! Everything very tired. Badly in need of refurbishment. Spa was a huge disappointment. My friends treatment was double booked so she missed out. It was meant to be a special treat. The pool was dirty and dark. Glasses and glass beer bottles were being served to the pool edge. Everywhere in the spa/pool area was slippery and fairly grubby. Many things didnt work. Parking was a problem. Poor value for money. We have been touring Bulgaria using a variety of hotels. This was the most expensive yet the worst experience. It looked so nice in the pictures so we had expected it to be the highlight!

  : The best value of this hotel is its location. If you are in the city for leisure and are planning on visiting the city center, it can't get better as this (in terms of location). I also liked the main entrance. They've used great materials (granite, marble, etc.) and make you feel welcomed. The stuff is very nice and helpful.
  : In my opinion, the asked price/night for the stars, that the hotel has, is overpriced. The quality of the room furniture/equipment has aged quickly. Small details, for example missing chair in the room, broken shower, wobbly bath/room furniture, missing grooming kit, no drinking water (water bottle), no phone to connect with the reception, are immediately drawing your attention and make you wonder if they really deserve the 4 stars. I know that the shower water they use in the rooms is mineral water, but I wonder if this is the best choice. The heavy smell that comes out of it the moment you turn it on, will make you immediately leave the room. It terms of breakfast... you'll get a list of couple of options (boiled, scrambled or omelette eggs; a sandwich; toast with butter; coffee of juice) to choose from. My coffee came in a paper cup!!!Overall, it was a poor experience.
