: Alan was a welcoming host who was more than happy to help with any enquiry. The breakfast was splendid and set you up nicely for your day of exploring. I found the bed to be very comfortable and I slept like a log. The Belvedere offered some great sea views over Brodick and was close to the ferry port so would be ideal for someone exploring the Isle of Arran without a car.

: It's on a little bit of a hill but not too steep.parking is on the road but there was plenty of room and the road is quite quiet

: Fabulous location and view from our room! Host Allan was wonderful and made us a cooked breakfast every morning.
: Only downside for us was the shower temperature and pressure. Despite having instructions we still struggled to get a good temperature with more than a trickle of water. If we had good pressure the water was either freezing or burning hot.

: The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was plenty on the plate and the choice was excellent. Comfortable bed, I slept really well.i had a private separate bathroom/toilet which is spacious and right next to my room, so is well located
: The guest house is up a slope, I am a bilateral amputee and found it difficult to access the property. However that is no fault of the owner
