  : The hotel looked lovely, our room was a nice little sea view, we stayed for three nights and had all we needed, the staff was welcoming and friendly, it was in a lovely spot and we was able to park outside on the streets, cosy room and hotel.
  : Some paint blew in from the window and wasnt attended to after we mentioned it, could be noisy from drinkers outside (not the hotels fault) a few minor maintenance issues

  : Bed super comfy, and curtains didn't let light through, freeview worked fine on TV. The bedding on smelt lovely fresh and clean. The owner was super friendly and nothing was any trouble. The 1st room was small but everything that was required, 2nd room we moved to was lovely, really big, 40in tv and beautiful sea view, plugs labelled with each appliance which was helpful so wrong plug wasn't plug in by mistake. I'm still undecided on the place, lots of positives, just could do with a good clean and bit of tlc.
  : The duvet itself had big stain on it,the kettle didn't switch off when boiling, part of the shower held together with a cable tie, dusty, damp around windows,carpet not fitting the room properly, bedside draw dirty and had hairs in, behind draw it was dirty and had rubbish behind it! The light flickered all the time in the ceiling, part of the paint even fell off in bathroom while I was brushing my teeth lol.

  : The property was very very very dirty the shower was disgusting apart from checking in we didnt see one member off staff (we had to go looking for someone cos we had ran out of coffee,teabags,milk and sugar).The beds were not changed while we stayed there there was no mattress/ pillow protectors-and they didnt even come in to empty the bins .The towels were stained and dirty We have stayed her a few times in the pasted but I wouldnt go back to stay there again it has gone really bad I wouldnt recommend this hotel/guest house to anyone

  : The shower don't work good at all the tele would go on and off all the time the bedroom window dose not close and makes a Whistling noise from the wind the room waz very dirty the wall the fall everything waz so bad in there sorry to say but need to be said

  : The rooms was terrible the first roomwe was shown was disgusting two single bed suppose to be ensuite.were the door was of its runner no privacy for toilet the hotel was freezin cold changed are room but we had to pay extra 100 pounds basically for another horrible room never will I book with you again I'm disgusted at the state of the hotel
