  : George and jennie were very friendly and welcoming. I really have to say that the breakfast is exceptional, probably one of if not the best I've had in Blackpool. The bar downstairs was comfortable and welcoming, and his bar prices were very good. Would more than likely stay here again.

  : The location was perfect. With a short distance to walk to winter gardens where we had an event. A lovely walk to the beachfront and visited the piers. Plenty of cafes,bars and restraunts nearby.
  : On arrival to the reception the first thing to hit you is the pungent smell of chip pan, and over used stale perfume, we were welcomed by a gent who was pleasant to talk to..when he didnt have a mouthful of food. Entered our room and on first glance looked pleasant over looking a street of other venues and ofcourse the tower which was lovely at night.. the beds were comfy and had a good sleep however that was about the only positive. The carpet and rug in the room was sticky, the 2 spare beds were covered in stains which was clearly left by someone having a good time. the curtains looked like someone had decided to urinate over them and the other window looked like someone had ran out of toilet paper. The electric shower had wires showing and was cold then scalding.. no inbetween and the wallpaper was peeling off in areas..However if you were only using the room for a short time and a quick wash then its sarisfactory we were only there 2 nights. Im not one to leave reviews but i feel like the pictures do the hotel more justice than in real life. Which is a shame. That being said a good shampoo cleaner, a freshen up of the upholstersy and a lick of paint this hotel would be lovely, ive never been to blackpool so didnt know what to expect however looking around this hotel is decent for the money and location we were in.

  : The owner was very helpful understanding and nothing was a problem to him to meet your needs, the breakfast was very well presented and the food taste was very good.
  : A bit cold in the en suite bathroom very basic but comfortable
