  : Not very much at all. The majority of the staff are pelasant, whcih can't be easy with the levels of dissatisfaction that is evident from the majority of customers.
  : Firstly, the photos supplied to booking.com are misleading. The room resembled something you may pay for the hour for and not the perfectly respectable room that I was expecting. The bathroom was clean, but that’s about the only positive. The window sill was quite literally full of filth, walls were scuffed and dirty, and bedding had some stains. I’ve also truly thrown away better mattresses and been embarrassed that someone may seem them. Also, I booked a double room, yet got a 3/4 size bed (yes, I did measure it). When both my husband and myself are over 6ft, this is an actual necessity, and as I booked a double room this I what I expected, and had I known I would never have booked or paid for this. We were completely mis sold this room. The bed was also up against the wall, I have never, ever stayed in a hotel where one of the residents has to climb over the other in the middle of the night. This is not acceptable. We are both middle aged and do not expect to be clambering over each other causing pain, discomfort and disturbance to each other in the middle of the night when we had booked a room that was advertised to meet our needs. I had booked 2 rooms as we were away with friends. On calling down to reception to raise my grievances, the receptionist, who was as lacking in customer service skills as the hotel was in comfort, (I saw multiple interactions with your other guests and she was patronising in every single one, a shame as other staff were actually pleasant) only compromise was to put the 2 couples in a 4 person single bed room. Claiming that there were no double rooms available. This was not true as I was able to go on booking.com and see there was availability for that evening. Waiting in reception we observed wait times of 45 minutes. To have only 2 members of staff running check in in a hotel of this size is remiss. As you can imagine this meant that tempers were frayed and customers start with a poor expectation of their stay.

  : It had nothing open only the bar,no atmosphere really boring and the games room was closed lovely building halls and public places indoor really nice rooms need urgent updating
