  : Location was ideal, the room was clean, staff were friendly and served delicious breakfast.
  : I was not happy with the practicality. Their door Lock wasn’t working properly and specially our room door lock was faulty. Toilet door was also faulty and it didn’t close so I have to use shoes as stopper. The worst was the mattresses, very worn out and can feel the springs, very uncomfortable. Not happy with the quality of their furniture and safety.

  : - The hosts were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Remembered we wanted a veggie breakfast. Some of the best hosting I’ve experienced. Worth a stay just for them! - Place was generally well maintained and clean (apart from things mentioned below - but can be easily rectified). Everything smelt clean. - Brilliant location! Close to everything. - Room felt secure. - Warm shower. - It was basic, but everything you need and want for the price. It would been a very comfortable stay if it wasn’t for the bed. - Breakfast was good value for money (apart from egg) and host was happy to receive more requests for more toast from other guests. Nice filtered coffee. Clean environment for dining.
  : - Room 2 really needs new mattress, it’s springy and dips in the middle. We didn’t sleep well and this impacted us the next day. - small areas of black mould that would be treated, mostly near the bedroom window and a speck in the bathroom too (near the shower shelf). - shower head needs descaling. - A part of the shower knobs falls off when using. - Egg on both our breakfasts were a little snotty and we both struggled to eat them.

  : The service was second to none and very personal with everyone at breakfast.the lady made my daughter feel like a princess and was so kind to which her made the trip. Probably one of the most genuine and personal services I’ve ever had,if i compare it to the big blue hotel we stopped in last year it was so much warmer and half the price.
  : Nothing really only issue I had really was the shower as it’s get it warm but am it was me rather than the shower.

  : Close to town and sea front with a five to ten minute walk. Very friendly and chatty staff, in a lovely home B&B. Short stay parking outside hotel but you do need to find longer parking alternative.
  : Was woken up early in the hours from the house/apartment next door by a drunken guest who we think had lost his key.
