  : It was clean and good location
  : We kept getting locked out and had no key to front main door. Poor communication no answer on the number provided. Bed was so uncomfortable you can feel every single spring no foam left. Bedroom window broken so can hear every bit of noise.

  : As we arrived we first went into the kitchen, I vomited of the smell. Had to clean the kitchen myself. The bed was really uncomfortable the springs where engraved into my back! The stench from cannabis all night was sickening. Felt really uncomfortable there all night. Hardly slept at all. No tea and coffee condiments just crumbs in the bottom of the pots.

  : Close to promenade...Bubble bath (spa bath) was ok. Kids enjoyed it.
  : Sofa?..... I mean... U need quite few pints before bed to sleep on it and don't care about wood and springs poking your ribs....We booked for 4 however only 2 sets of dishes.WiFi? Disaster, had to connect tv to phone to watch anything....Partys next door, loud dogs....But hey... there is washing machine... However nowhere to hang it to dry Stinks of weed in hallway (some people mind) Shelf collapsed on wife's toes

  : We had to clean on arrival The sofa bed for our daughter was so uncomfortable. The window in the main bedroom is not secure, its a worry when you have a child staying, plus the noise from the road through the night kept disturbing us and the dog.

  : Location was ok, was just back from seafront
  : What can I say, there was nothing to like about the property, the front door didnt shut so anyone me could access the flats, the smell of dope in the hall hit you straight away. The carpets hadnt been cleaned since I dont know when and that was before we got to the flat!The flat itself was so worn out that I had to check the pictures just to figure out if it was the correct flat! From what I can see is that the pictures were taken day 1 and hasnt been decorated since! The sofa bed was tatty and had a spring through the cover, hidden by a blanket! The bed was a thin mattress that was very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was so hit and miss, that the tv wouldnt work as it depended on this. Just could not give anything positive about my stay!

  : Wi-Fi kept cutting off. No bin in back garden rubbish everywhere Very cold in the whole place even with heaters on Very low bed as I have bad knees

  : Falsely advertised very different to the photos we saw on the internet! Very uncomfortable beds and cold draft coming through windows and back door needs some TLC modern but run down couldnt get into the front door to the building so called the emergency number for over 5 hours and had the phone ended on us ended up calling fire department to open the door as this was a health and safety hazard as no one could get out or in location was good but after all this wont be going back !! Lucky fire department also saw bin bags covering up smoke alarms in more than 1 room

  : The location and proximity to the Blackpool Tower was the only real plus point of this place. The kitchen was OK.
  : I have stayed in Blackpool many times and I know it isn't exactly known for top quality accommodation so wasn't expecting the Earth. I was put in flat 4, on the top floor with lots of steep stairs, both to access the flat, and inside the flat, despite indicating I was travelling with a young toddler, who is also disabled. I had to spend the whole time chasing her round to make sure she didn't fall downstairs, or keep her shut in a tiny room. The photos in the advert ARE NOT this property. It is the ultimate false advertising. There is nothing outside to indicate it is a hotel, it is a run down house. The place is dirty, dingy and VERY cold. The sofa bed isn't able to be slept on due to the springs poking through, you can't sit on it, let alone sleep. The bed in the bedroom is the same, the springs have worn out and it's flat as a pancake. The bathroom is freezing, the back of the toilet cistern and the bath had mould round the edges. There was only one roll of toilet roll provided. The bathroom door doesn't close. The kitchen is OK, but the heater in there doesn't work. Kickboard missing under the cooker, holes in walls around the sockets. No hot water pressure in the tap.Mould on the tiles. No tea/coffee provided and the sugar jar was full of rock solid sugar. Bedroom and living room have electric heaters but they are very slow to warm up. Bedding was old and bobbly. Door missing from the wardrobe and propped up against the wall. There are no mirrors apart from in the bathroom, so you cant get ready and have a look at yourself without walking all the way across the flat, up and down stairs to fund a mirror. The whole place is dated and looks like a neglected student house share. Complained to the property owner and booking.com and was offered a free late check out AS THOUGH I WOULD HAVE STAYED ANY LONGER!! AVOID!!
