  : Not one thing didnt even stay absolutely disgusting just from the outside total scam property we were meant to be in was number 1 someone was already occupying it rats outside of building dirty needles in hall way as u open the door

  : BED BUGS AT FLAT 2 - 29 GEORGE ST..... BLACKPOOL - BEWARE!!ASKED THEM TO HELP........NO HELP AVAILIABLE!!!! 2 HRS LATERWE COULD NOT STAY. THEY ARE NOW SAYING WE DID NOT WAIT THERE LONG ENOUGH TO GET A SOLUTION. WE WAITED, WITH KIDS, NESRLY 3 HOURS IN AN INFESTED APARTMENT, AND TO THIS DAY WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CALL OR EMAIL TO HELP US. SO WE WOULD STILL BE THERE NOW IF WE HAD WAITED. DO NOT BOOK WITH EMPIRE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AN CALL YOU A LIER.
  : INFESTED APARTMENT WITH BED BUGS, AND WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND, AS THEY SAY WE DID NOT INFORM THEM, (WE DID, 3 TIMES OVER MANY HOURS) NOW HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET OUR REFUND. IT PUTS SHAME ON BLACKPOOL, AND I WAS TRYING TO SHOW MY FAMILY HOW NICE IT WAS... WHAT A SHAME FOR THE TOWN. EMPIRE APARTMENTS......TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE!!!!!!!

  : We did not even get to go into the property as the wait for a key code exceeded 2 hours and we had small children we had no choice but to book alternate accommodation
  : The outside had all the wood hanging off the window frames and there was a group of highly intoxicated people outside and a needle in the garden.

  : We arrived at the property with an early check in which is charged at 10 per hour! A Bed was completely broken in one of the bedrooms. The Shower in main bathroom did not work for the whole duration of our stay and has no power at all. The lights constantly flicker in the kitchen like there is an electric fault and the security light flashes all night long. The Hot tub in the lounge area is leaking from the bottom all over the floor when in use, so much that we had to empty and not bother using. The beds are falling apart and neither headboards are actually attached to the beds. Our stay was for two nights but after the first night I was messaged with a reminder to leave early, but my complaint messages had been ignored! The cleanliness is so poor. The property had been cleaned as the smell of bleach was overpowering but I am not entirely sure where. Cups were dirty. The bath, hot tub and toilet had lots of hairs in them. The general cleanliness of the room is less than adequate and is in need of a deep clean. The apartment says it sleeps six but is not big enough and the sofa bed is well over used and falling apart. There are not six seats in the living room should you all want to sit together. This apartment was probably nice for the first couple of weeks when done and has since just been abused and is a party apartment - not at all suitable when travelling with a child which we were. The flat underneath us had a dog barking all night. Its a shame because if this apartment had been kept nice it would be lovely and the location is good too. I would not recommend unless you are going to party and dont care about the state of the place.

  : The rooms were nice and it was decorated nice. Good location.
  : The kitchen smelt so bad that we couldnt even go in there. I contacted the property and heard nothing back. I was also with my children and I was worried for them because I didnt even know what the smell was! It was disgusting. They defiantly need to purchase a new mattress as it has a huge dent in it and was super uncomfortable.
