  : Cute hotel. Common areas nicely furnished. They do need an additional mirror outside of the bathroom.
  : There was a private event with a band that was very loud. Our room was directly over the party room. The floor, Knick knacks and so on shook and rattled. I asked at the front desk how late the party would be and she said it was ending at 9pm. I could live it. The band played until 10pm. Then the radio was louder than the band as the private event wound down. Then the clean up crew had the radio on as they loudly removed the chairs and tables. It was not quiet until 11pm. They should not have booked any room above the party room. It was unacceptable. Also no heat. Our room was 61.

  : The place is completely charming! The staff and food are wonderful and the rooms are cute. I will be coming back!
  : The bed was a bit wobbly (not too bad) and the room needs fresh paint. I still have nothing but lovely memories of the place!

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : (1)There was no TV in the room. (2)The handle for the water in the shower wouldn't let the water get hot and then it just fell off. Got it reattached but then at 2 in the morning, the water came on by itself. I had to get up and mess with it til I could finally stop it. (3) There were 2 of us and we had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel. If you bathe after travel and then want to bathe before you leave to travel the next day it doesn't work well (4) The windows don't open. No fresh air plus a fire hazard (5) Loud wedding reception downstairs until 10 then guests running around after it ended. Probably won't stay again.

  : It is so close to everything. We liked the bar downstairs and the live music a lot. The building itself is beautiful and we love that it is a historic hotel. It has a lot of charm. We came to this hotel after we got married, so it has become a nostalgic tradition to go to.
  : The property needs serious updating. There is paint chipping everywhere, the floors creak, there isn’t a TV in the room. A lot of maintenance issues. We also came to check in just 5 minutes early, got up to our room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We would have been fine with them telling us it wasn’t ready yet. Obvious communication issue. There were towels and washcloths on the floor in the bathroom and a full trash can. We were given another room and a small discount, but there are obviously issues with staffing. For the staggering amount we paid for a king room, we expected A LOT more. We have stayed at way cheaper hotels that offered so much more. Even with the discount.
