WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Center Parcs Bispinger Lüneburger Heide in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests are asked to check in at the park's entrance as there is no reception desk at the hotel itself.

Please note that it is not possible to park next to the booked house or villa. Guests must park at the designated parking area.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The beds are made up upon arrival.
