  : The guy working when I checked in was nice
  : Was charged $250 on top of what I booked a room for. They charged me to clean my room. I thought that was part of their job to clean a room when you get out of it? They said it was because I had two dogs And I didnt tell them. When I had them in my hand when I checked in. The floor was so filthy when I took my shoes off, my socks were black from being dirty. Only stayed here to use the waterslide for my son. They were painting it. Couldnt even swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub because of the smell was so strong. Then when I dry it off my body, I stepped in paint from the workers.

  : The waterpark and the beds were very good. There was a lady manager that said it was her first day when we arrived that was very warm and accommodating. There was a also a man that worked the desk that went above and beyond.
  : The fan in our room didnt work. The air conditioning system was very loud.

  : If you're looking for a warm, welcoming experience like that of a mid-winters plunge into Lake Sakakawea, look no further. While our initial 20 minutes at the front desk listening to the bald gentleman with earrings sigh and moan yielded a decent room, it just so happened to be occupied. We unknowingly walked into someone's room at 12:45 in the morning thanks to the heartwarming diligence of the man working the front desk. As soon as we realized the mistake, we went back and explained the situation. The guy on duty did his best annoyed eye roll, made no apology or acknowledgement of his mistake, and gave us a set of keys saying simply, "this one should be right." Needless to say, we were left touched by his compassion and concern. Seriously, this place is no place to spend the night if you are concerned with safety or privacy. At the very least, use the locks of your door and leave NOTHING of value in your room in your absence, as any person off the street may be granted access at any time.The positives: the lady working the desk was kind after we inquired about being charged for an additional room in the morning, and the bed was comfortable. That's the only reason it's not a 1.

  : The floor in the room wasn't carpeted! It had beautiful laminate flooring that you could tell was clean and new. The shower head had great pressure, which is unusual for hotels. For as full as they were, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
  : The room keys didn't work well at all. Staff replaced them and they still didn't. The door of the room wasn't heavy enough to close on its own behind us, thankfully we caught that before leaving!
