Villa Etche Xuria

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Location of the house is fantastic- you are right in the center of town and at the beach within minutes. The house has a lovely big garden. The managing agents were friendly and helpful and provided a lovely service. Parking on the driveway is good as they area around very busy.
: The house itself is nice but you can tell it is old and in need of renovating. It has recently been painted but the damp which is visible in almost every room is coming through the paint and mould can be smelt everywhere. It is something that people visiting need to think about whether (especially with small children) they want to stay in it. The house has no Wi-Fi internet
