  : Very spacious clean well equipped apartment in a good location nice building..Good wi fi smart TV with Netflix.
  : Uncomfortable couch , slats missing on blinds , could also do with a curtain to block outside light coming in.. very noisy bars outside.

  : Fresh clean modern apartment in the centre of the city. Very quiet with all basic needs nicely catered for. Bed was comfortable, modern kitchen and bathroom with good working facilities.
  : The window let in a draught on a very cold and windy December night which made the blinds rattle and the room cold making it difficult to sleep.

  : Fantastic location, short walk from the station, and close to restaurants and bars, plus the main city centre shops. Easy to pick up keys. Well appointed apartment with everything you need.

  : great comfortable bed and pillows and fab shower ! spotlessly clean and in heart of city … well looked after and maintained
  : the blinds were broken and didn’t block out the light ! more towels would have been a bonus ! there was no tea towels so couldn’t dry up and there was a dishwasher but no tablets

  : couldn’t figure out the hearing controls. missing pieces from curtain strip resulted in me being unable to close the curtain fully for privacy. staff said Sorry it will be fixed in 5 working days. We was exposed throughout the duration of our stay! when I further raised the issue I was told ‘I’m on the 16th floor and therefore it’s not much of a privacy issue’ then told I could have £40 off my 3 night stay bill. Not at all what I call good customer service and seeing as this was my very first time here I thought someone within the staff would put their best foot forward. this however was certainly not the case! very disappointing.

  : I did think as they were commanding a £150 security deposit that we were going to be staying in a high end apartment. We have stayed in lots of apartments in Birmingham to date and know what to expect. However from the moment we stepped in all was not as I expected. There are slats missing from the window blinds which meant it didn’t block out the light out on a light summer night such as we had and I personally struggle to sleep with light shining through a window. There is no mirror in the property to be able to style my hair, the one in the bathroom is adequate to see yourself in to do make up but you can’t use a hairdryer and straighteners to style your hair in the bathroom as you need the appliances to be plugged in. I had go keep running from my straighteners to the bathroom mirror to see what my hair looked like. To use the only mirror that is in the bathroom there is no shelf or anywhere to put make up etc so you have to use the sink to put everything on and then everything gets wet as I found out. There is only one slightly larger bath towel, the other is not adequate size to use after a shower or bath. There is only Netflix and not normal TV channels available. We like to watch something on TV programmes while getting ready to go out, we don’t have time to watch a whole film on Netflix. We like to have a glass of wine before going out but found they only provided 2 odd glasses of differing sizes, one large and one small which although this seems minor it does detract from the whole experience. The apartment is meant for double occupancy so you would expect 2 matching glasses especially as it is meant to be a luxury apartment. We did try to address all these issues with the hosts but they weren’t interested at all.A previous apartment we stayed in didn’t have any wine glasses and the host went out and bought some straight away, excellent customer service.

  : Fantastic location and apartment. Great facilities in the area and a short walk into town. Is a local tesco which was great to get a few item for the apartment.
  : Blind slats missing in the bedroom which was a bit annoying. No signal for tv so we had to cast from our phone to use the tv and play some music.
