  : My room reeked of weed. Turns out the people below were smoking weed outside multiple times a day and the smoke was being sucked into my room via the front door which didn't have good seals. It was so bad I had to purchase $40 of candles and two plug in air fresheners and burn them for my entire stay of four days.

  : Room was good. However the quest services were poor or actually NON EXISTENT
  : Gust Services. The young man who was there didnt seem to know what he was doing. Started he was from corporate office and none of the hotel employees were there. The Wi-Fi internet did not work - I went to office to complain - it was Closed - door locked with a note taped to it that someone should be there in 15 minutes. There we two couples waiting to check - they both left and indicted they would be contacting Booking about the situation. We had to use our personal hot spot for internet. Plus when we left on Saturday morning office was still locked. We access the office area with our key - left our room key with a post it note stating room number and time we left hotel (6:00am). We will NEVER stay in a Sonesta ES because of this experience. Plus I received a bill indicating only a $0 balance. No entry explaining what had been charged. One other note thre was supposed to be a breakfast provided- DID NOT EXIST AREA WAS DARK! Based on these items our night should have been comped or at least reduced for non existent services.

  : Unprofessional and rude staff members. I had a terrible experience at a hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. My initial interaction with the front desk gave me bad vibes about the place, as the staff had a conversation about another coworker's potential misconduct in front of me and my family while checking in. I was surprised to find out that my credit card would be charged an additional $100 for a security deposit, and my nonrefundable room was in poor condition with dust on the air vents, mold in the air vents and near the bathtub, and a missing air filter. I called the front desk multiple times, but nobody answered, so I had to go purchase a new filter from Home Depot. The chairs in the kitchen area were loose and wobbly, and the kitchen walls were splattered with food from the previous guest. The TV in the room had a vulgar banner on it, and there was only one set of towels and a single washcloth provided. The overflowing trash cans outside the hotel were an eyesore, and there was a knife lying on the sidewalk next to the trash can. The hotel had bad customer service starting at the front desk, and some of the pictures on the websites appeared to be outdated.

  : I reserved a 3 bed loft and prepaid for it 2 months in advance with confirmed reservations. The day I was traveling there, I received a phone call stating it was not available now. Believe they rented it to someone else then at a higher price then I had paid 2 months before. They offered me a single room at the current price, not the price I could have rented it for 2 months ago when I booked the 3 bed loft.
