  : DO NOT STAY HERE! one of the worst stays ever and I travel a lot! no hot water during my stay and the weather was -1 outside so not being able to have a warm shower( which should be a legal requirement) is ridiculous. even on arrival they said oh by the way washing machine don’t work! no direct point or contact when needing to complain so had to go directly through booking .com and they had to come to some sort of an agreement with them so I can be refunded for the remainder of my stay so I could move to another hotel. this whole process took hours and I spend most of the day waiting as booking.com had difficulty getting hold of the owner and practically had to beg for our refund .

  : Great location with stunning decor.
  : NO HOT WATER for the entire four night stay even after repeated phone calls with the promise of a call back I am still waiting!! The cleaners do Not know how to clean, I had to unblock the hoover before I could use it. The cup's and plates needed to be cleaned as they still had tea/coffee stains in them. There was a dirty pan inside the dishwasher. The kitchen had grease all over the kettle and utensils and the tap was hanging off and leaked all over the counter tops. There was hair in the bath and all over the bedroom floor. When I emptyed the bin it was filthy inside. All I wanted was a bath not to have to wash with cold water. I have emailed the company but not heard back from them. No covid guidelines have been applied as the doors and windows had finger prints all over them and kids handprints on TV ect.
