  : The lady who worked in the breakfast area was really nice and perfessonal... and the night hotel clerk..
  : The lady that came in around 9:00 am and Her supervisor were very rude and unperfessonal. They charged me a higher rate than I was quoted from booking.com.. then, instead of talking to you, they try and talk over you... I will stay at that hotel again..terrible experience. Also, the rooms smell old like the carpet needs to be deep cleaned

  : The staff was very helpful and tended to things quickly. The first thing we noticed was our toilet was backed up and wouldn't flush. I told the lady at the front desk and she had someone there right away to fix it. There were also a few small toiletries that we needed that they were able to provide. Every staff member I spoke to was very courtious.
  : Really only just a few maintenance issues. There were a few problems with the room that probably needed to be fixed before we were put in that particular room or maybe should have moved us to another. The problems were the toilet being backed up as soon as we walked in from a long road trip and were unable to use it immediately. Also, the shower head was either broken or loose because it sprayed water all over the bathroom from the top of it while showering.

  : Starting from the entrance. The clerk was very welcoming.It smells good and looks very clean.
  : As you enter the halls, that smell of good goes away. The room 223. Did not have a fresh smell. maybe the carpet needs cleaning or replaced, you can tell the dont move around furniture when vacuuming. the worst part is that the main smoke alarm had so much dust. Let's me know they never high dust. The bathroom tub needs to be resurfaced. Sink had hair in it. The complimentary shampoo was pressed in and not replaced and had hair on it. The ac unit needs to be repaired or replaced and made a lot of noise, so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok. The staff member cleansas people leave and restock the food as needed. The price was fair. But you get what you pay for.
