  : The location was very central, it was in an industrial area but felt very safe. The room was warm and even though it was right bedside train tracks, the noise was minimal. I liked the big windows . Room overall was very clean. The fridge and microwave looked brand new. The TV was great and was in the perfect spot! Very quiet in building, neighbours were very nice and considerate. Provided with 4 big towels which was a nice touch.
  : We booked and paid for a one bedroom apartment but instead were given a hotel room with a microwave! Quite disappointing as we were promised a lot more than was offered. The WIFI didn't work throughout our stay which was an inconvenience. The shower door was broken and swinging off the hinges. Half the shower door was also missing so that was great! The kettle would continuously boil and you needed to switch off the plug to make it stop, very dangerous and burnt myself on handle. The wardrobe doors were very stiff and hard to open and close. Plug sockets hidden behind bed so had to pull out bed to charge anything. The chairs were so uncomfortable too so we sat on the floor. The management should really stay overnight in this room so they can see what the problems are.

  : Very close to Birmingham Central. Around the street, there's a lot of construction going on because of HS2, so it might feel a bit off, but we felt safe. The room is simple but had what we needed for our stay. The host was really helpful and very kind. Actually, I got along better with the host rather than with the agency that handled the booking and with whom we message via the platform.
  : There's some noise from the other rooms, but that's normal, and we manage to sleep without any problems. Perhaps there should be a bit more stuff like cutlery and so on, but the cleaning lady was kind enough to provide some extra stuff from a vacant room.

  : The location was in Digbeth which is not too bad and not too far from central Bham. Im happy it had a kitchen which was great and can make some food instead of going out and spending money all the time. Dining table good. Had storage for clothes.
  : 1. On arrival there was a worm floating and swimming in the toilet which was a let down and wondering how it got there in the first place. One necessities was excluded which are tissues as there was no roll. If you are going to provide towels and all the other items. Its good to at least have some tissue papers. But its not that bad. 2. The pillows or duvet was thin as paper which was very uncomfortable to sleep and my parents had to fold the pillows to get some leverage. 3. The bathroom floors had cracks everywhere. Also, why is the shower head bigger than the shower as water was splashing everywhere. The shower doors just came off and barely any screws. Majority of the time when showering the door would not even close. Shower floor had major cracks and just painted over it. The tiles had a lot of accumulated mold 4. The so called sofa bed was not even a sofa bed and it was so uncomfortable and so low. You cannot call that a sofa bed and just call it a sofa at this point. Also, you can just mention from the beginning that the place can only accommodate 2 people and no others since the sofa bed is not useful. 5. In there check in forms/information they mentioned about keeping the door downstairs locked. It was constantly opened and never locked. It seems like the people in the surrounding never cared enough for the door to be shut. It was a struggle to lock the door and when we did. It would stay open and unlock itself. I guess safety for the residents is not priority. Last thing if you are really easy going and just thinking of staying here for 1-2 days the its fine but next time I would prefer to go to a hotel instead.

  : The building was dilapidated and the flat was rundown. There was cracked tiles in the bathroom. The shower was unusable and disgusting.

  : Comfortable and clean beds
  : Nothing like the picture s ,nothing in all 3 soap dispenser s ,inconsiderate neighbours so on one occasion we couldn't fit our car in .Only 1 mug,1 side plate ,1 bowl but 4 dinner plates ,we were a couple. Communal area dirty and smelled ,very uneasy feeling that front door of building could not be locked so open all night apparently the norm according to someone outside having a cigarette .

  : Overall apartment met our expectations, despite some small inconveniences, it was a good value for money. - location close to city centre and railway station - easy self check in with keys in the keybox- flat was warm and spacious enough for 3 people
  : Some small and easy improvements can make this place of a better standard: - there was no forks in the kitchen - broken toaster- no toilet tissue in the small toilet - everything feels old, some things need replacing, especially kettle, as it was rusty inside.

  : Interior decor good, I appreciated the WC wash facilities not seen since living in Middle East. Spacious flat. Private parking. Quiet building
  : Isolated location surrounded by building sites and overlooked by railway. No mattress cover on bed and only one fork (plastic). Toaster out of order and couldn't get grill to work. Used towels left in bathroom. No toiletries (except loo roll) empty dispensers and no tea/coffee etc (I usually bring my own so not a major issue, just surprised)
