  : Very Cozy and Comfortable Apartment. feel at home. very comfortable bed, has a fan which was perfect for hot days. Internet Good For my wife's studies. Good TV catches Several Open Channels and Netflix. service was very fast and friendly. The staff that handed over the key was very helpful in letting us know everything. I will definitely go back to the Apartment. the apartment has Acoustic Isolation and does not listen to the neighbor, which was very good for my wife's studies. I feel safe the building has always remained closed. and friendly neighbors and Family Environment.
  : I have nothing to complain about! my stay was very good. I could only say a fault of the staff who forgot to take us a frying pan to make an omelette that was missing from the apartment. We were waiting and he didn't take us. but it wasn't anything serious. we made with what was in the kitchen.

  : 1. The building is new but management is weak, which can be summarised below:a The corridors are smelly due to the residents leaking garbage. b. The lifts are 50% workingc. The public areas are cleaned once every 10 days!2. The location is 7 minutes walk from the city centre, but the surroundings are deserted factories and warehouses, which give the impression of safety concerns.3. Residents are young and party a lot in addition to the hygiene issues. Sometimes they leave garbage outside and in the corridors.4. There is heavy use of marijuana. You cannot open the window for 20 minutes without being part of this terrible habit.5. Cleaning kits were not complete.

  : The location of the apartment within d building (3rd floor). Furniture was good ,bathroom n bedroom.
  : Oh! the kitchen cabinet was falling apart, stains on d wall , cracked plates n cups, the couch was very old N smelly, There was no cleaning products. The door bell didn't work so we had to go all d way to d ground floor to bring a visitor upstairs.The exit lobby to the court yard was constantly smelling.The apartment was a good one but d dirty n old couch spoilt the experience for me cos we sat on d floor most of the time

  : Pros: Proximity to town centre - 10 minutes walk to Bullring. Tv worked; good selection of channels/apps, Netflix etc. WiFi worked (see below). Oven, microwave and dishwasher worked, though the bulb had blown in the oven.
  : Cons:The area: this isn't the host's fault, but worth noting: local parking is bad: limited hours, parking on street.Local area is very run down.The building in which the apartment was situated was shocking: corridor walls dirty/damaged; corridor carpets filthy and stained; pools of dried on the carpets; lift didn't work; stairwell was filthy, contained abandoned bike and smelled of urine; bags of rubbish left against walls.Barely any cutlery: For three people, there were 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 spoons and a few other assorted utensils. Same for plates and glasses.2 dirty pots; one tiny, dented frying pan.No towels/bed linen for our third guest. Phoned helpline who arranged for somebody to bring some. To be fair, the person who brought them was friendly and helpful. I also asked for more cutlery and received a couple more forks, a spoon and a glass, which was 'all they could find'.Due to technical problems, the wifi didn't work, but they provided a mini wifi router which worked perfectly.Every wall in the apartment was scratched or dirty.No tiles around kitchen area so the walls had grease and food stains.Rusty, dirty oven trays.White shelf above bathroom sink was dirty and discoloured.Window blinds tatty with broken chains at the bottom. The top end of the blind was fixed at the same end as the part of the window that opened, so it was almost impossible to open the window without forcing the blinds to the side. That could explain the damage to them.Main table dirty, with crumbs/dirt in the grooved pattern.Bedroom door handle loose.Sofa dirty and heavily worn.Sofa-bed's pull-out metal frame was broken.Bubbled and very discoloured plaster around bath.When checking out, the apartment manual said to leave both sets of keys on the table when leaving. Unfortunately, our door wouldn't close/lock unless I locked it from the outside, so I had to leave the key in the ground floor postbox - which was also broken.

  : First impression was it was a lovely modern little apartment, but it was a disappointing experience. The interior decor is nice although upon close inspection it was quite dirty. Outside the property there is a stain on the floor. The kitchen area where all utensils, pots, pans, were dirty. But there were no tea towels, bin bags, cleaning products that were provided. There is a washing machine but there were old pods stuck to the cabinet under the sink. So we had to buy our own. Just be prepared to buy your own stuff for your stay. In addition, they only provided 2 toilet rolls only for the duration of our stay. There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. So dont bother unpacking. Hot water wasnt instant, you would need to always set it on timer before you can use the hot water from the boiler. But the hot water would seem to run out after one or two showers. In addition, the Wi-Fi was the main issue. Upon arrival it wasnt working and so we had no internet for almost 2 days - and had to continuously call the owners and get it fixed several times which was quite frankly getting to be very frustrating! In addition, just be prepared to hear other tenants near the flat at night but that is not the owners fault and it is out of their control.The host Amir responded quickly enough, and was helpful and courteous. It was just annoying the number they provided for my property host wouldnt work at times or they were unhelpful but the number through booking.com they were helpful. Furthermore, it was a cosy enough apartment with the decor and some of the furniture and could have been made lovely but no love or attention to the property. The sofa bed had a weird smell and it was very uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. But overall, it was adequate experience that allowed me to be with my family over the New Years but it was not well equipped or clean as you would expect it to be.
