  : The location and price are good, compared to other accommodations in the area. Location is very central and walking distance to everything you need. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
  : Parking is free, but is not actually next to the accommodation. It's located about 300m away. I understand it's a budget accommodation, but it's just inconvenient. Upon arrival, you can park on the sidewalk in front of the accommodation and carry all bags inside, but then you must move the car. The owner is a friendly Chinese guy, who speaks very bad Croatian and no English. An employee from the Chinese shop next door (same owner) helped us out. I'm a tall guy, but I still need to point out that one of the corridors leading to our apartment had a ceiling that was so low, I had to bend my back and put my head down to walk through it :) Also, the room is suppose to have a balcony. But it's not private. There's one big balcony shared between 4 rooms.

  : People were noisy in the morning. The rooms are not soundproofed.

  : The location was good.
  : It was clear that the bathroom was shared with other people. The beds were uncomfortable. They gave us a small towel that was too small to be used for showers. You had to walk 5 minutes to reach the car park that was somewhere else. Sometimes there was no warm water because many others were sharing the bathroom.

  : What was really great, that this apartment was very close to the city centre ( about 3-4 minutes by walk ), and also close to the beach. ( 8-12 minutes by walk ). It has private parking area, but about 2-300 meters away from the apartment. Caffee bars, restaurants, bakery/pekara are close to the apartment also. Room was clean and big, we had view for the road. We had a common shared terrace which was quiet, so it was restful for us. Apartment has somehow only 2 *, but I think it worths 3.
  : Unfortunatelly, host was not speaking english, but we could understand each other, so there were no problem, he was a very kind and helpful person. The maid was speaking english very well, so there were really no problem. To reach the apartmen, you have to go through a long hallway, for a taller guy it can be inconvenient.
