  : Manager at the buffet was calm cool and collected despite the overwhelming conditions scheduling guests for the wait list. Overall the blu bar on the 9th floor was well kept and had a cozy vibe and a very accommodating bartender. Despite being new he was open to asking for specific details about your drink to ensure you enjoy what you ordered. The free drink and happy hour coupons were a nice touch for a new member. Valet and security staff members where all VERY helpful and welcoming.
  : Despite the room being updated with new features, the cleanliness was absolutely subpar. Upon check in it was apparent that the floors had not been swept of mopped. We found many bundles of dark hair in the bathroom and shower area; as well as, food crumbs and what appeared to be a cake-like piece of food smashed into the floor. The bed was fine but the sheets and blankets were really rough. Definitely could be upgraded to a better quality. The staff that you pay at the buffet to get in was VERY rude. I’ve not experienced a customer service clerk be more rude. The buffet was less that lackluster. Everything that could be wrong was wrong with the food. I.e too little seasoning, over cooked, too dry etc…The bar on the 9th has limited seating so go early. The pool was pretty empty but it was really dirty on the pool deck and there was a bunch of dirt in the bottom so we didn’t get in. Overall it seems like they’re genuinely trying to compete with the surrounding casinos with the decor and vibe, but they have missed the mark in many criteria. Still has a lot of effort to put in, but worth it for a night away if you’re trying to pinch pennies.

  : It was loud in hall all night. Staff was hard to find when needing help. Information was not clear. The cards would not work 75% of the time and that was frustrating. Spent more time messing with them and trying to find someone to help than enjoying casino. The elevators took forever to come back and forth and the wait was five minutes

  : Ocean view room was fantastic and included a balcony. The room was very nice and clean. Nice walk in shower in the bathroom along with a TV in the bathroom to watch while getting dressed.
  : The staff were rude on multiple occasions. The check in area has a very strong cigarette smell due to being right in the center of the hotel.
