  : The stairs are a little steep but manageable. Bath taps took a while to master and the ventilation in the bathroom could be a bit better. Could do with a few more bits and bobs in the kitchen ie baking trays and set of tongs.

  : The cottage location is lovely, the cottage is clean and comfortable.
  : Maybe just a few more basics in the kitchen such as oil, sauces, milk to assist with the cooking.

  : Location ideal for meeting family in Biggleswade.
  : Heating not working on arrival or next day and unfortunately it was freezing. Contacted the host who came and found the problem, unfortunately it couldn't be fixed until next day. Family member managed to get a couple of radiators working for us. We did however find an electric heater and bought some fire lighters for the stove heater. The sofa(s) could do with replacing, they are well worn and not very comfortable.
