  : The bedding really needs to be improved. Mattresses and pillows were very much below where I would consider a good place to stay.

  : The location was perfect, very beautiful. Close to everything. We loved the deck but were unable to use because the snow was not cleared off.

  : The location of the apartment is close enough to the ski slopes as well as to shops. We never had any issues finding a parking spot at the apartment and also not at the ski slopes of big sky. The apartment was nice and quiet and has a nice view of lone peak. We also liked the Weber barbecue on the balcony.
  : The apartment was darker than expected from the pictures. But since we were there mostly at night anyway it didn't matter too much. With the lights on it was also bright enough. Communication with Vacasa was not the best. When we arrived there was no firewood, even though we were supposed to get some and there was no snow shovel. We called Vacasa and only got one day's worth of firewood two days later, after calling 3 times. We never received the snow shovel and ended up borrowing one from the neighbors.

  : Mattresses need to be replaced. Lights were very low. Better lighting inside the unit is needed. The unit was hot. We understand no AC but fans should be available for the bedrooms. Since booking and also on Thursday no response was received on my emails

  : It was clean and had all the kitchen and bath necessities. It was a good size and plenty of space.
  : The designated parking spot was not readily accessible. Parking was a major problem. The master bathroom shower door was moldy and pretty much stuck in place. The shower head was not very usable. The master bed was not very comfortable and there was only the heavy down comforter and it was very hot. No other bedding to substitute. At some time on one of the days of my stay someone accessed the property as the deck door was open when I arrived later in the day. Totally unacceptable.

  : neighbors have children that are easily heard screaming; dimly lit; no overhead lighting in bedrooms; upper level unit (stairs); limited cooking housewares; hairballs clogging sinks; amenities promised were not available; would be a snug fit with 4 people; bathtub is tiny; awkward bathroom set up (especially showers); cheap toiletries provided

  : Easy self check in. The staff also left us a little welcome gift. :)
  : The heater doesn’t seem to fully heat up the bedrooms like it does the living area. But good thing there were extra blankets!
