  : Safety concerns: * No GFI plugs in sink/water areas (kitchen, either bathroom, master bedroom sink) - electrical hazard * Hot water heater set too high - major scorch hazard, water goes from cold to super hot in seconds - hot water heater should be set to 120 degrees * No functioning fire detector on top floor living area Cleaning: * Non table top areas really dusty (lamp shades caked in dust, misc shelves, inside cup cabinet was really dusty - had to re-wash all cups. Some items that would be nice for future guests (other than a deep cleaning) *Add a Plunger in downstairs bathroom * provide Instructions for using the remotes * leave Extra AA and AAA batteries - all remotes and wall clock were dead. Had to request batteries from rental office (& used my own AAA batteries for wall clock and dvd remote) As a heads up, the US Flag was completely shredded and whipping around on a thread. We took it down, properly folded it, and will retire it at our local VFW.

  : No tv in any room, including dining room. Not clean in the room. The worst was that when you are in sleep at night a mouse running in the room. No recommend this place

  : Everything is close by and the property has a pool.
  : The unit was old and had a smell. I had to buy candles to off set the smell. Also, even though the property looked clean, the stairs and light fixtures going up to the main living area were very dusty.
