  : The location was cool. The hotel was somewhat small which made walking in the snow pretty easy and quick.
  : Didn't like that the pillows had hair on them, plus they were so uncomfortable. The fire place didn't work even though that was one of theain selling points. Plus I loved how there were small holes conveniently in the shower, about the entrance door, and in the restroom and shower, as well as overlooking the two beds.

  : We booked 2 rooms via Booking.com. I received an email stating that there would be NO on-site staff at the hotel and that between 1 and 3 PM on the arrival day I would be emailed the room entry code. I checked my email at about 5 PM and no code. I called the number listed and the voice mailbox was full I could not leave a message. I then sent a text. After a bit of a delay, I did get a response and the room codes. We arrived late and found out that in one of the rooms, despite trying various settings on the thermostat, the wall heater did not work. We used the fireplace but the timer maximum was 30 minutes so someone had to wake up and turn the fireplace back on for another 30 minutes all night long. It was not a restful night. The next day I texted the number (951-337-0133) described the problem and requested a partial refund on that room? I also informed them about a leak in the shower in the other room. I never received a reply to my request for a partial refund or acknowledgment of the leak report. I followed up the next day (Friday) but still no response. I called the number today (Monday) and got a live person from the "management company" who said they had forwarded my concerns to the owners. It's a good location, a good-sized comfortable room (when the heat works) but I am concerned about how the "remote" staff would react had there been a serious emergency (eg. flood or fire).

  : Toilet was broken:( The room was dirty and filthy. This place is RUN DOWN. Called and NOONE answered the phone. DO NOT stay here!
