  : I loved the location to Big Bear Lake and activities. The property was private and very peaceful.
  : I did not like that my condo was dirty and that all amenities were not available. The provided blankets had old toe nails in them, the shutters were so dusty my family kept sneezing during my trip, the down stairs couch had stains all over it, and my shower tub needed to be cleaned before use. I also spent a half an hour driving around town looking for a propane tank to grill since the tank was not previously exchanged. I unfortunately spent $20 for propane that other residents will now benefit from. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Big Bear, but I will definitely consider other rental properties in the area for my next Summer trip.
