: There was a leaking from 2nd floor’s shower and it leaked down to downstair’s kitchen so it was pretty disgusting while you cook and if someone shower then the dirty water was leaking down We were unable to use the shower upstair after the plumber came and informed us not to use that had caused inconvenience for us. The refrigerator was so sticky.

: It was big with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms. There were two bath tubs and showers too. Water was very hot while it lasted.
: The front door was EXTREMELY hard to unlock and to open, both from outside and from inside. This is a serious safety issue if there was any need to get out quickly. We were stuck outside at 1:30am trying to get in for 15 minutes. It was hard to figure out the key box and then the door was very very stuck. Unlocking the door was complicated because there was two locks and both had to be unlocked and while the second lock would seem to unlock in either direction, it would only actually unlock in one direction. You had to hold the key twisted while shoving on the door very hard to open it. Even once it was unlocked, the wood would still stick closed both from the inside and the outside. . Minor issues: there was a coffee maker, but no coffee. Hot water ran out after one bath and two showers an hour after the bath. The cleaning fee was excessive and unexpected. I also didn't know about parking in the garage and didn't know how to get into it. Fortunately different neighbors happened to be around to let me in and out. Several light switches, including the front door and second bedroom, did not operate any lights. One had to walk into the room and manually turn on lights
