  : 1) The property needs to be renovated & remodeled ... too old ... smelled old!2) The host did not even turn on the water heater! We did not have hot/warm water so, we did not enjoy taking our showers! The host should’ve turned it on prior to our arrival so, it gives the water time to heat up.3) The couch, recliner & carpet are so filthy, smelly & just nasty! Couch & recliner felt & smelled nasty. It needs to be thoroughly steam cleaned. Better yet both plus the carpet need to be replaced to a newer & cleaner ones!4) The posted ad never said anything about “NO AC!” We called but the lady said the maintenance guy will come over to fix it. But unfortunately when he arrived, he was not there to fix the AC but to bring us ONE electric fan. We had to ask for 3 electric fans to put in the 2 bedrooms & 1 in the living room.*** OVERALL RATING: It was absolutely HORRIBLE! We will definitely NOT rent this house again & will definitely NOT recommend anyone to rent it. We all had to be drunk to overlook our terrible experience!
